I get these questions a lot, so here’s my answer: An Embodiment Coach is nothing more than an empathetic outside party who is able to stand back and assess your life, your concerns, and with your help, uncover the issues that hold you back. Through uncovering and discussing these issues, whether they are old traumas or new developments, we can chart a course of action steps to allow you to reclaim your power as a woman and guide your life onto a new course filled with self-acceptance, happiness, confidence, and personal understanding.

Being an embodiment coach is different than counseling on many levels. First, I am not interested in a temporary fix. I am interested in a long term solution to help your life become more fulfilling and happy. This comes from a series of interactions I have with my clients at each of our 60 minute session over the course of several weeks. Working together, we chart a course to where we want you to be and provide you with small action steps each week that allow us to reach our goals and provide the confidence necessary to achieve your long and short term goals. I believe that by finding out what the root of the issue is, we can come to a much better long term solution than many counselors who want to provide temporary fix. If someone has an issue with food consumption, the easy solution is “well, we need to stop eating so much each week”, which may be true. But what about the root reason(s) why a person is using food as a crutch for other discomforts in their lives? Isn’t it more important we find out what that is and then work slowly forward from there? I think so.

Secondly, I strongly believe in interacting with my clients. By that, I mean I am not going to just sit back and take notes, but that I want all of my clients to know I am a work in progress myself. I want my clients to know I have had major personal struggles and had to overcome many of the same issues they face in their lives. I want to relate with my clients when and where I can so they know they are not alone and so they can see that the hard work of self-acceptance and change can lead them to great places if they put in the work. By relating to my clients, I provide real life feedback and experiences to aid them on their journey and this allows them to build their confidence!

Thirdly, I believe that to be an incredible embodiment coach, you must view the process as not just a one trick pony. I don’t think there will be as much success in helping people if I were to just take one cookie cutter approach with my clients. Instead, I take a very broad, holistic approach to my clients and their needs. This is why we discuss what they want from their 12 weeks, or more, with me. This conversation allows me to tailor the program to them and make it more personal. Through my own struggles I also know that becoming a new person doesn’t just involve one dimension of your life. I have found that it involves many facets that must be integrated into a program to achieve the most success with my clients!

This is where my program differs from many other life or embodiment coaches who just take a singular approach, and play fake cheerleader from the sidelines. I work with my clients and use several approaches in the betterment of their lives and I take an active role in aiding them to achieve their goals and truly celebrate their victories with them!

My approach involves what I call “The Trio of True Happiness”. I have found these are the three primary keys in helping reshape a persons outlooks and their lives. In my sessions, I use the three prong approach of developing or reshaping dietary and fitness habits, discovering each clients spirituality and sexuality, and uncovering past traumas that are holding them back. I believe all three of these work hand in hand and lend themselves to each other to rebuild my clients lives. I know the three of these areas are what helped me reach my level of happiness and success in my life, as well as the successes in the lives of my prior clients!

Over time when clients choose to continue their sessions with me, we can focus on other more specific areas within the “Trio of True Happiness”. This may allow us to dive further into specific dietary or fitness guidance, discovering and embracing our sexuality, finding joy in self-pleasure, experimenting with spirituality outside of our preconceived notions, or working through specific areas of our past that holds us back. By unlocking the door to happiness with these three keys, I am able to guide my clients to becoming more confident, more empowered, having a clear direction of where they want to go, be or have in their lives, and be happy and at ease with their lives!

I love what I do and I believe I have been put here by the universe to help women of all ages change their lives. I truly care about my clients and I want them to succeed at life and be happy. It took me many years to figure out who I was, how I could be happy with myself, and how to be truly confident, but now I am excited to return the gift of knowledge to my clients so they may experience their best life!
